"I've been with Jason Griswold and State Farm for over 15 years and have found them professional and responsive at all times, whether it was providing a competitive price for coverage, paying claims or their communication. This time, it was a policy that had continued after my car claim had been fully settled as a total loss by the other driver's insurance company (their fault). I spoke to Molly Means at Jason Griswold about this, and I was once again met with professionalism, promptness and excellent communication. After providing the necessary information a few weeks back, I was delighted to learn yesterday, that the mistaken coverage had being retroactively cancelled and that I would be receiving a refund in the mail. Really appreciate their service - State Farm and Jason Griswold have a customer for life!"

"They increased my rate, I've been paying religiously for coverage in my home which I had been leasing out and recently listed. I emailed to inquire about the increased rate and they said that while they were still increasing the rate and charging me, the house is no longer covered since it's on the market. So now I'm having a panic attack in the evening, no one called me and I don't know what to do or how to fix this. I've been a state farm customer for over 20 years!! "I have been trying to get someone to call me back and give me information on a letter I received since January of this year.
I was told to email a picture of the letter and someone would call me back because they were busy. Sure no problem.
I did not hear back from anyone and my renewal is coming up at the end of March so I call the company not this office on the first week of February.
I’m told they can’t give me accurate information because everything is different based on location and that my local office would be better at assisting me with my questions. But they did leave a note on “their system” whatever that means.
I’m working and I get a call on March 26 at 11am I could not pick up but I returned the call 30 minutes later I mentioned to the person that answer I’m returning a call I mentioned the name left on the voicemail and I’m told she is unavailable because she is helping another customer but as soon as she is available she will receive my message and call me back I was also told before ending the call it should be an hour tops. Reasonable sure, however as I’m writing this is April 17 and I’m still waiting for this call.
Needless to say the renewal took place my questions haven’t been answered and I’m left wondering so many things.
Maybe they will answer this review but who knows."
